Role Summary: We are hiring a Front-End Developer with 1 to 2.5 years of experience, with React Native experience mandatory. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating responsive, high-performance web and mobile applications using modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (iOS & Android).

- Develop responsive web applications using Next.js (SSR & SSG).

- Write clean, scalable code using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.

- Implement efficient state management using Redux and Redux Toolkit.

- Build UI components with Tailwind CSS.

- Integrate with RESTful APIs and optimize front-end performance.

- Work closely with UI/UX designers and backend teams.

Must-Have Skills:

- 1+ years of experience in React Native (Mandatory)

- Experience with Next.js, Redux/Redux Toolkit, Tailwind CSS

- Understanding of SSR & SSG principles

- Strong frontend fundamentals and performance optimization skills

- Familiarity with Git version control and basic CI/CD practices

Nice to Have:

- Experience with testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)

- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and mobile performance enhancements.
