Full Stack Developer - Appian & Java (225-612)

We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated Full Stack Developer with expertise in Appian and Java to join our dynamic tech team. Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using Appian and Java technologies effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features on schedule.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while implementing best practices.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic to enhance user experience.
• Ensure high-performance and optimal responsiveness of applications.
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and testing.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
• Develop technical documentation to guide future software development projects.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems efficiently.
• Work on bug fixing and improve application performance continually.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to apply to operations and activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with focus on Java and Appian development.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL, and NoSQL data stores.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
