Overview
Job Description
- Collaborate within a Full Stack development team to design, build, test, and deploy scalable cloud-based applications using ASP.NET / MVC / Web API / C# / SQL / Microservices.
- Contribute to both development and testing, ensuring proper unit testing and test automation are implemented and documented.
- Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Follow software design standards, coding guidelines, and architecture principles.
- Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum setup: write and break down user stories, participate in grooming, sprint planning, and estimation.
- Continuously improve codebase by managing and reducing technical debt.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core, and REST API development.
- Proficient in SQL Server with strong experience in writing stored procedures and complex
- Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and UI frameworks like Angular or React.
- Experience working with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with strong attention to deadlines.
- Masters degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare IT, especially in pharmacy systems, hospital EMRs, prescription claims adjudication, or medical EDI data.
- Prior experience with PBM systems or healthcare domain is a strong advantage.
