Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern development frameworks.
- Build, deploy, and maintain scalable microservices for high-availability and performance in production environments.
- Write clean, secure, and maintainable code by following industry best practices and internal coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help improve the overall code quality and team productivity.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps to deliver business requirements with high quality.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integration services.
- Work with CI/CD tools, containerization platforms, and orchestration tools to automate deployment and
- Ensure performance tuning, application monitoring, and continuous improvement of software systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective debugging and root cause analysis.
- 4 to 6 years of strong hands-on experience in Full Stack Java Development.
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Java 8+, and Microservices architecture.
- Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong command over MySQL or similar relational databases, including performance optimization and
- Hands-on experience with Quarkus is a strong advantage.
- Familiar with cloud-native development practices.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka for containerization, orchestration, and streaming/event-driven systems.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies and frameworks (like HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Angular, or React) is a plus.
- Familiar with unit testing, integration testing, and use of testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently when needed.
