Job Title : Full Stack Developer (Frontend + Backend) - Junior to Mid-Level with AI Awareness

We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with strong frontend and backend development skills and a foundational understanding of AI technologies. This role focuses on the development of SmartHub, our next-generation web platform for project management, sensor analytics, and asset management in the AEC sector.

As a developer, you'll work across the entire stack, contribute to system design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This is a great opportunity for someone with 5-7 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of features and grow into a more senior role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust frontend and backend components using our tech stack : React, Next.js, Redux, Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Participate in the design and implementation of SmartHub's architecture and key features.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure responsive, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces and APIs.
• Apply best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, especially in AI/ML, and explore how they can be integrated into the platform.
• Demonstrate curiosity and initiative in applying AI awareness to optimize sensor data handling, predictive analytics, and automation.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in fullstack development.
• Solid experience with React.js, Next.js, Redux, and backend technologies like Node.js, NestJS, and PostgreSQL.
• Exposure to MongoDB, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of AI fundamentals and awareness of how AI/ML can be 6. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the AEC industry or familiarity with IoT platforms.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Exposure to AI/ML libraries or platforms (e.g., TensorFlow.js, OpenAI, Python-based ML).
