About The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in the Core PHP Laravel stack. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with MySQL, Redis, and basic knowledge of how AI tools and APIs can be leveraged in modern development workflows.

About The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in the Core PHP Laravel stack. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with MySQL, Redis, and basic knowledge of how AI tools and APIs can be leveraged in modern development workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust backend APIs and services using Laravel.
- Work on frontend integrations with strong understanding of JS, HTML, CSS.
- Optimize MySQL queries and database performance for large-scale applications.
- Manage and utilize Redis for caching, queues, and performance improvements.
- Integrate third-party APIs, including AI-powered services where relevant.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, product, and QA teams in Agile development cycles.
- Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance tuning.
- Strong experience with PHP (Laravel) framework.
- Proficiency in MySQL database management and optimization.
- Hands-on with Redis – caching, queues, etc.
- Understanding of AI/ML APIs/tools and how to apply them in development.
- Good understanding of JavaScript, REST APIs, and frontend basics.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
- Experience with queue systems like RabbitMQ or Laravel Queues.
- Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or deployment automation.
- Awareness of cloud platforms like AWS or Digital Ocean.
- Experience working on high-traffic web applications.
