Your Tasks

• Lead a team of software and software quality engineers to deliver high-quality software products
• Collaborate with remote teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Act as an operational extension of project leadership, overseeing day‑to‑day coordination of schedules, resources, and risk tracking
• Handle all administrative tasks related to the team, including performance reviews, hiring, and resource allocation
• We expect the team lead to be hands-on and contribute to the development efforts as needed, while also focusing on team management and project coordination
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in leading and managing software development teams
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong experience in software development, including hands-on experience with at least one of Python or TypeScript
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and stakeholders - any prior experience with collaborating effectively across time zones and cultures, particularly with distributed teams is a significant advantage
• Experience in mentoring and coaching team members to foster their growth and development
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment
• Experience with generative AI technologies and frameworks is a plus
• Experience with low code automation is a plus
• Relevant certifications in software development, project management, or leadership are a plus (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMP, etc.)
