Full Stack Developer

Overview

Job Title: Full Stack Developer (WordPress, Shopify)
Location: Thane, Mumbai (In-office)
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain professional websites and e-commerce stores using WordPress and Shopify.
• Work on both frontend and backend tasks, ensuring seamless user experiences and functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement new features, plugins, themes, and custom solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize websites for maximum speed, SEO performance, and responsiveness.
• Maintain and enhance existing websites and stores as needed.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices and high-quality output.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Proficiency in customizing and managing Shopify stores.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid (Shopify’s templating language), and MySQL.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Strong understanding of version control systems like Git and working in agile teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Good to Have:

• Working knowledge of PHP for backend customization and plugin development.
• Knowledge of Laravel is also a plus.
• Experience with Vue.js for building interactive frontend components.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Knowledge of plugins such as ACF Pro, SEO-related plugins etc.
• Exposure to SEO best practices and tools.
• Experience with cloud hosting platforms like AWS or DigitalOcean.

Location:

• This is an in-office role located in Kolshet, Thane, Mumbai. Preference will be given to candidates based in the Thane region.

Internship Opportunity:

• Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month internship.
• The first 1-2 months will be an unpaid training period, during which senior developers will provide hands-on training and mentorship.
• After the training period, a final assessment will be conducted.
• Based on performance in the assessment, candidates will be selected for the paid internship for the remaining duration.
• Outstanding performance during the internship may lead to a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).
