About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in ReactJS, Next.js, and Node.js to join our growing development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications that provide excellent user experiences and scalable backend services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using ReactJS, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Build reusable, testable, and efficient code for both frontend and backend systems.
• Integrate RESTful and ensure responsiveness across platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement features.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure quality and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile development processes.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency with ReactJS, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Experience with JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend workflows.
• Familiarity with Express.js, server-side rendering (SSR), and API development.
• Good understanding of database systems (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
