Job Role: Full Stack Expert

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Expert who is proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience working across the full web development stack, from developing engaging user interfaces to building robust and scalable back-end systems. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and improving the performance of our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications, using both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, etc.).
• Architecture & Design: Build and implement complex architectures, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable web solutions aligned with business objectives.
• API Development & Integration: Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party APIs to enhance functionality and system integration. Ensure seamless data flow between the front-end and back-end.
• Database Management: Develop and manage relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) to ensure optimal data storage and retrieval for large-scale applications.
• UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and responsive web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) to enhance user experience across devices.
• Code Optimization & Refactoring: Continuously optimize and refactor code for improved performance, scalability, and maintainability. Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks and bugs in the application.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (marketing, sales, design, and product) to ensure the development of web solutions aligns with company goals and user needs.
• Version Control & Documentation: Utilize version control systems (Git) and maintain clear and concise documentation for code, project updates, and best practices.
• Cloud Integration & Deployment: Manage the deployment process of web applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Ensure continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) for smooth operations.
• Security & Performance: Implement best practices in web security (authentication, authorization, encryption) and performance optimization techniques to ensure fast and secure applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience: 4–8 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role
• Front-End Technologies: Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Back-End Technologies: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or similar back-end technologies
• Database Management: Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• API Development: Experience in designing and working with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Version Control: Proficiency in Git for version control
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
• Web Security: Solid understanding of web security best practices
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
