Overview
We are looking at Full Stack Developer who is versatile in both front-end and back-end development, capable of building web applications from scratch. One should work on all layers of a software application, including the user interface, server logic, databases, and APIs.

Role And Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation, management, and maintenance of technology projects.
- Collaborate with team members, including the Head of Technology, project managers (PMs), and state leads, on technology projects.
- Support the design and delivery of software solutions by providing technical assistance.
- Contribute to business process improvements related to technical applications and systems development.
- Work diligently to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Interact with cross-functional teams and end-users to understand and establish project requirements.
- Learn and follow engineering best practices, technology trends, tools, and frameworks.
- Undertake any additional tasks and responsibilities as required by the organization.
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Candidates with 2- 3 years of relevant experience in technology projects.
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and an interest in documentation.
- Teamwork and an eagerness to contribute to projects in a collaborative environment.
- Passion for working in the social sector is an added advantage.
- A strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn new software and tools.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages like JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and frameworks such as Angular/React and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience of working with C#/Java
- Understanding of version control systems like Git.
- Basic knowledge of databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Basic knowledge of building SaaS applications.
- Exposure to Linux and scripting is a plus
- Willingness to learn DevOps basics for SaaS product deployment on AWS.
