We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong technical expertise and leadership skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and will be responsible for driving the development of robust, scalable software solutions while ensuring timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of web applications, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Participate in wireframing and prototyping sessions; work closely with designers to build user-friendly interfaces.
- Develop scalable, high-performance backend systems using modern technologies such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Build dynamic front-end applications using JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding best practices.
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability; address technical debt and performance bottlenecks.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to improve development processes.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in backend development with languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with wireframing/prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment with tight deadlines.
