We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies, along with a keen interest in working with AI tools and prompt engineering to enhance development productivity and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications across the full stack.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Integrate and utilize AI tools to automate tasks and enhance application features.
Craft effective and optimized prompts for AI models (e.g., GPT-based tools) to support internal workflows or customer-facing solutions.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications.
Conduct code reviews and follow best practices in software development.
Stay up to date with emerging trends in web development and AI technologies.
Required Skills:
3+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
Proficiency in:
Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React / Angular / Vue.js
Backend: Node.js / Python / Java / PHP (based on project stack)
Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar) and understanding of prompt engineering.
Ability to create and fine-tune prompts for improving coding productivity or integrating AI features into applications.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and cloud deployment.
Knowledge of containerization and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS).
Experience with testing tools (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.).
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience working on AI-driven or data-heavy applications.
Contributions to open-source or personal AI/web projects are a plus.
