Position Details

• Equipment: Developer to use their own development-capable machine

Working Hours & Leave

• Working Hours: Full-time with preferred core hours 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST (negotiable)
• Leave Entitlements:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with founders on multiple startup products from MVP to scale
• Design and develop mobile and web applications with integrated e-commerce features
• Build real-time, high-performance UIs with minimal latency
• Integrate AI/ML tools, music APIs, and real-time chat/matching systems
• Implement and manage backend cloud infrastructure using Firebase and AWS
• Ensure all projects and updates are reviewed and approved by Rhys Magno before execution

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Cloud Services:
• Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Functions, FCM)
• AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, Cognito)
• Mobile Development: Flutter or React Native
• Web Development: React.js / Next.js
• AI/ML Integration: MediaPipe, TensorFlow Lite, OpenAI APIs
• Other Skills:
• Real-time interactivity and responsive design
• OAuth, social SDKs, media sharing
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a can-do, solution-oriented approach
• UI/UX experience with apps similar to Tinder, TikTok, and Figma

Employment Type: Full-time Reason for Hiring: Build and scale multiple startup products with a dedicated long-term developer Employment Status: Independent contractor (reviewed every 3 months, hours flexible upon mutual agreement)
