Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and proficient Full Stack Developer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and platforms that align with our client’s business needs and our agency’s creative vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React.js / Vue.js / Angular).
• Build robust backend systems using Node.js, PHP, or Python.
• Integrate APIs and ensure seamless connectivity between front-end and back-end services.
• Manage and optimize databases (MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, digital marketers, and creative teams.
• Maintain code quality, perform debugging, and implement best practices.
• Work on website performance, SEO technical enhancements, and deployment tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (2+ years).
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies and frameworks.
• Hands-on backend development experience with RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Ability to manage databases and server-side logic.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.
• Knowledge of server deployment (e.g., cPanel, VPS, AWS, DigitalOcean).
• UI/UX understanding and ability to optimize for performance and accessibility.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Trello, or Slack.
