Full Stack Developer

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining both the frontend and backend of web applications, ensuring seamless integration, optimal performance, and user-friendly functionality. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, scalable solutions, and enjoys working across the full development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies (MERN/LAMP/MEAN stack).
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate frontend with backend logic.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Develop responsive, mobile-friendly UI/UX using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Work with databases (SQL & NoSQL) to design and optimize queries.
• Manage version control using Git and collaborate via GitHub/GitLab.
• Participate in requirement gathering, technical planning, and deployment strategies.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance bottlenecks across the stack.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams.
• Stay updated with latest trends and best practices in web development.

Requirements: Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js / Angular / Vue.js
• Strong understanding of backend frameworks: Node.js, Express.js, PHP, Python (Django/Flask), or similar
• Hands-on experience with databases: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with API development & integration (REST, GraphQL)
• Experience with DevOps basics: deployment, hosting, CI/CD tools
• Understanding of security principles and best practices
• Version control: Git, GitHub/GitLab

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and team collaboration
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
