We are seeking highly skilled and experienced MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, ReactJS, Node.js) Stack Developers with a minimum of 4 years of proven professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing web applications and backend services, particularly in the areas of video streaming and consumer-facing platforms

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack for video streaming on various devices.
• Architect and implement features, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of the applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement security and data protection features.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing insights with the team.
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle – from concept and design to testing, deployment, and support.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in ReactJs and 2 years in NodeJs.
• Proven expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and JSON.
• Solid experience with ReactJS, demonstrating the development of polished consumer-facing websites.
• Hands-on experience with server-side development using Node.js and Express.js.
• Strong understanding of MongoDB and database integration.
• Experience with front-end libraries, particularly Ant Design (Antd).
• Familiarity with Strapi for backend development is highly desirable.
• Published online sites or applications showcasing your work.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with video streaming platforms and technologies.
• Previous experience in large-scale consumer-facing industries such as OTT apps, Media, E-commerce, or Telecommunications.
