Job Title: Full Stack Developer [Experience: 2+years]
Company: AV Technosys [Location: Jaipur (On-site)]

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 2+years of hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development. You will be responsible for leading development projects, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications.
• Lead full-stack development tasks from conception to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose new tools/processes for continuous improvement.

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks like React.js or Angular.
• Solid experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, or Python/Django.
• Strong understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and Git.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/Azure) is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant development experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
