Job Title: Team Manager - Full Stack Developer (Travel Technology)

Location: Ghitorni, New Delhi, India

Experience: Minimum 5 Year ( Mandatory)

The Role Overview

We’re looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer with leadership experience to spearhead our development team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about scalable architecture, travel APIs, and mentoring developers. This is a hands-on role combining technical excellence with team leadership.

Tech Stack & Key Responsibilities

* Lead and mentor a team of developers through the entire software development lifecycle*

* Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core

* Integrate Travel Product APIs: Hotel, Sightseeing, Transfer, etc.

* Optimize SQL Server databases and queries

* Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical solutions

* Drive front-end development using Angular (preferred)

* Manage source control and CI/CD using Git

* Use JIRA for project tracking and agile management

* Oversee server deployment and maintenance in cloud and on-prem environments

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full stack development

* Strong proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server

* Hands-on experience with Travel Product API integrations

* Solid understanding of Angular or other modern front-end frameworks

* Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and server/cloud management

* Prior experience as a Team Lead with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

* Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and lead team productivity

Saalry- 10-12 LPA
