Full Stack Developer

Job Description

Location: Delhi (Work from Office)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the development of complex web applications.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend (PHP, Python/Django) and frontend (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement features that meet business goals.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Design and maintain database structures, ensuring efficient data handling and storage.
• Build reusable components, plugins, and APIs from scratch.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and ensure application reliability.
• Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with UI/UX designers, testers, and product managers for seamless project delivery.
• Use version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket) to manage code effectively.
• Estimate timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• BTech/MTech/MCA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (Backend cum Frontend Developer) in web application development.
• Strong knowledge of PHP (Laravel) and Python (Django).
• Proficient in frontend technologies: React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration of third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Twitter).
• Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL/SQL) and experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch) is a plus.
• Experience with payment gateway integrations (PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.net).
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (S3, RDS, AWS API Tools) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and effective communication skills.
• Experience in start-up environments is a plus.

Salary: 7 LPA CTC
