Role Overview:

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to build scalable, high-performance applications. You will work closely with our Product Manager/ Business Analyst, UX Experts, and AI Engineers to develop innovative AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality software and web applications as an individual contributor.
• Design and implement scalable, testable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX, and AI Engineering.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Provide technical guidance to a small team of developers when needed.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Desire to learn and a go-getter attitude to solve technical challenges.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
• Strong programming skills in Node.js and Python.
• Experience with Firebase/Supabase.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Familiarity with Modern AI, LLMs, and Generative AI (a plus).

Required Background

• B.Tech. in Computer Science, IT, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Software Developer.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
