You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web and mobile applications across Node.js, React.js, and React Native, while ensuring a legendary user experience across iOS, Android, mobile web, and desktop web. Key Responsibilities

A. Full stack development:
1. Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using Node.js, React.js, and React Native.
2. Implement both frontend and backend features, ensuring responsiveness and a seamless user experience.

B. Backend development (Node.js):
1. Build and maintain scalable APIs, servers, and databases.
2. Troubleshoot and debug complex backend issues.
3. Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle.

C. Frontend development (React.js):
1. Develop interactive, user-friendly, and responsive web architectures.
2. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring wireframes and mockups to life.
3. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

D. Mobile development (React Native):
1. Craft cross-platform mobile apps (iOS & Android) with excellent user experiences.
2. Integrate APIs and implement new product features.
3. Continuously enhance app performance and usability.

Requirements:

1. Experience Required: 1+ years (with at least one live service-based or marketing-focused app in portfolio).

2. 1+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.

3. Proven work on at least one live service-based or marketing-focused application.

4. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, and React Native.

5. Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and scalable system design.

6. Hands-on experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

7. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams with a problem-solving mindset.

8. A regular college preferred.

9. Academic topper preferred.

Preferred skills:

1. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

2. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).

3. Strong knowledge of software security best practices.

4. Exposure to analytics, marketing automation, or CRM-based integrations.
