Key responsibilities:

1. Design & Development: Create and customize Gen AI chatbot flows, ensuring they are intuitive, conversational, and cater to user needs.
2. Testing & Debugging: Continuously test and refine chatbot interactions for seamless, error-free responses.
3. Integration: Integrate AI chatbots with CRM systems, databases, and other platforms for efficient and personalized user experiences.
4. Continuous Improvement: Regularly monitor and optimize chatbot performance based on feedback and usage patterns.
5. Analytics & Reporting: Analyze chatbot data to extract insights and align performance with business goals.

2. Programming Expertise: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Node.js for chatbot development and customization.

3. UX/UI Design: Experience in crafting engaging user interfaces and conversations.

4. API Integration: Strong knowledge of APIs for seamless integration of chatbots with existing systems.

5. Problem-Solving: Effective debugging skills to quickly resolve any chatbot performance issues.
