Roles:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers.
3. Contribute to the implementation of AI-driven solutions and deep-tech projects.
4. Lead project modules and mentor freshers or junior team members.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code for frontend and backend systems.
2. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
3. Design, implement, and document RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs.
4. Participate in code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers.
5. Assist in onboarding and mentoring freshers to accelerate their learning.
6. Stay updated with emerging technologies and AI tools, suggesting improvements for existing systems.
7. Evaluate and implement AI tools to improve application functionality, analytics, and automation.

Skills required:

Other Requirements:

Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, React.js

2. Strong knowledge of backend technologies: Python with knowledge of Django or FastAPI

3. Understanding of API development and integration (RESTful APIs, third-party services).

4. Knowledge of databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other relational/NoSQL databases.

5. Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.

6. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and basic cloud concepts is a plus.

7. Experience or willingness to explore and use AI tools for development and analytics.

8. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

9. Leadership ability and willingness to mentor freshers or junior developers.

10. Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
