Full Stack Developer

About the job:

Role Overview:
We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer to help build and maintain Django-based applications using HTMX, TailwindCSS, and PostgreSQL. You'll work closely with the CTO and contribute across the stack from data models to interactive UIs.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain Django applications, APIs, and dashboards.
2. Build server-driven frontends with HTMX, TailwindCSS, and Alpine.js.
3. Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries.
4. Integrate internal AI/OCR and automation modules.
5. Write secure, clean, and well-documented code.
6. Implement basic tests with pytest and Selenium.
7. Collaborate with product/design teams and participate in code reviews.

Required skills:

1-2 years of Django experience.
Strong PostgreSQL knowledge.
Proficiency with HTMX, TailwindCSS, and Alpine.js.
Solid understanding of HTML, Django templates, accessibility, and web security.
Familiarity with pytest, Selenium, and Git.
