Full Stack Developer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies and be capable of handling complex projects from start to finish. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications that meet business requirements and exceed user expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Design the technical architecture of web-based applications, including selecting the appropriate front-end and back-end technologies to use, and designing databases and APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to implement business requirements, as well as create and maintain APIs to integrate with other systems.
• Ensure that the code produced is of high quality and meets project requirements. This includes writing and executing unit tests, debugging code, and conducting code reviews.
• Manage the entire software development life cycle, including planning, estimating, and scheduling projects, as well as providing technical guidance to junior developers.
• Work in cross-functional teams, so strong communication skills are essential to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that the project is moving forward smoothly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development, and continuously improve skills and knowledge to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and experience with at least one server-side language like Python, Ruby, or Java.
• Experience with at least one popular front-end framework like React, Angular or VueJS.
• Strong knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
