Full Stack Developer

Overview

The Software Developer must be able to work with key business stakeholders and IT Business Analysts to develop, modify and maintain software solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role is targeted for a Full Stack Developer with experience in python, Angular, with MuleSoft & C# experience considered an asset.

Education and Certification

University degree or college diploma in an IT Software Development discipline

2+ years of Full-stack Software Development experience with Python, AngularMuleSoft experience is an asset

Working in Azure Stack is an asset

Relevant product & technology certifications or proven experience

Knowledge and Skills

Proven ability of tackling end-to-end challenging projectsExperience in full software development lifecycle from design to deploymentExperience using SCRUM or other Agile methodologies.

Proven Experience with python development , Java, JavaScript, JQuery and HTML, CSS, Angular, JMSStrong experience working with ESB platform like MuleSoft Anypoint and Enterprise Integrations (an asset)Experience in designing and developing RAML based APIsExperience working with Databricks or PySpark an AssetStrong experience in database architecture and integrations like MS SQL, Mongo DB, etc.

Extensive experience with quality and repeatable deployment methodologies, and system testingDeveloping existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modificationMaintaining systems by monitoring and correcting software defects

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Digital Supply Chain team to develop technical specifications and test plans

Developing existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modification;

Maintaining systems by monitoring and correcting software defects;

Consulting clients and colleagues concerning the maintenance and performance of software systems with a view to writing or modifying current operating systems;

Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.

Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.Improves operations by conducting systems analysis;

recommending changes in policies and procedures.Obtains and licenses software by obtaining required information from vendors; recommending purchases; testing and approving products.

Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users;

studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
