Full Stack Developer

About the Role
We’re looking for multiple Full Stack Developers who are ready to take complete ownership of building and scaling core products from scratch. You’ll work directly with the founding team, turning ambitious fintech ideas into robust, user-first web and mobile experiences — with end-to-end responsibility across design, development, and deployment. This is not a task-based role, it’s a builder’s role for someone who thrives in autonomy, moves fast, and enjoys turning 0→1.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship products end-to-end across web and mobile using React.js / React Native and Node.js (or similar modern stack).
• Design, develop, and integrate APIs and backend systems to power lending, payments, and investment experiences.
• Own product features completely — from understanding the problem to designing, developing, testing, and deploying it.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance across applications and infrastructure.
• Collaborate directly with founders on product strategy, user experience, and technology choices.
• Continuously experiment and innovate with tools and frameworks to accelerate development.

Who You Are

• 0–5 years of full-stack development experience, with a proven ability to ship independently.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js / Express.js
• Hands-on experience with databases (PostgreSQL / Supabase) and API integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar) and version control (Git).
• High sense of ownership - you don’t wait for instructions; you identify problems and solve them.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment with minimal oversight.
• Passionate about fintech, particularly in areas like lending, investments, or wealth-tech.
• Bonus: Experience building or integrating financial or investment platforms.
