Full Stack Developer

About the job:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is genuinely strong in backend engineering, system design, and database architecture. This role is not for UI-only developers or people who rely entirely on frameworks without understanding how things work internally.

You will be responsible for designing, building, optimising, and scaling production-grade applications end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop scalable backend systems handling real-world traffic and data
2. Own system design decisions (APIs, services, data flow, scalability, trade-offs)
3. Design efficient database schemas (relational & NoSQL) with proper indexing and normalisation
4. Write optimised, secure, and maintainable backend code
5. Build and integrate REST APIs (and/or GraphQL where applicable)
6. Identify and fix performance bottlenecks at the code, query, and system level
7. Handle authentication, authorisation, caching, and background jobs
8. Collaborate with frontend developers but take full ownership of backend logic
9. Ensure proper logging, error handling, and monitoring
10. Participate in technical discussions and architectural planning

₹ 3,00,000 - 4,20,000 /year
