Position: Full Stack Developer

Compensation: 35,000 - 40,000 per month
Work Mode: On-site (Office)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in both backend and frontend development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the entire development lifecycle, writing clean and scalable code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable web applications

Build robust backend APIs and services

Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Integrate third-party APIs and services

Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code

Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Deploy and monitor applications in production environments

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)

Backend development using Node.js

Frontend development using Next.js / React.js

Experience with REST APIs

Database knowledge (MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL)

Understanding of authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth)

Git version control

Basic understanding of system design concepts

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred / Good to Have

Experience with TypeScript

Knowledge of DevOps practices

CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)

Docker & containerization

Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Redis or caching mechanisms

WebSockets / Real-time applications

Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.)

Soft Skills

Good communication skills

Ability to work independently

Strong ownership mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
