Full Stack Developer (2–3 Years Experience)

Overview

🔧 Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP, Laravel, and Django
• Build scalable backend APIs and integrate with frontend components
• Develop and maintain RESTful services
• Work with databases like MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA, and product teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code
• Debug and resolve application issues
• Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices
• Deploy and maintain applications on servers/cloud environments

🧠 Required Skills

Backend:

• Strong experience in PHP and Laravel framework
• Good hands-on experience with Python & Django
• Experience in REST API development
• Knowledge of authentication & authorization mechanisms
• Familiarity with MVC architecture

Frontend:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with Bootstrap / Tailwind / basic frontend frameworks

Database:

• Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of ORM (Eloquent, Django ORM)

Version Control & Tools:

• Git / GitHub / GitLab
• Experience with Linux environment
• Basic knowledge of Docker is a plus

🌐 Good to Have

• Experience with AWS / Azure / DigitalOcean
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to React / Vue.js
• Knowledge of API security & performance tuning

🎓 Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent experience
