Full Stack Developer

Overview

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Full-Stack MERN Developer with 1-1.5 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building scalable and high-performance web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. You will work on both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for learning and implementing new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Design and implement responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services as needed.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Work with MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code following industry standards.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve front-end and back-end issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers to enhance the user experience.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in web development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Strong understanding of MongoDB, including data modeling and aggregation.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab).
• Experience in writing unit and integration tests for robust applications.
• Basic knowledge of Docker, AWS, or Firebase is a plus.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development practices.
