Job Title: Full Stack Engineer (2-4 Years Experience)

Location: Mohali, Sector - 74 (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Design and implement both front-end and back-end components for robust, scalable applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues across the stack.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in JavaScript, Python, Node.js, PHP, and other relevant technologies.
• Create and manage APIs to support integrations with internal and external systems.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous improvement processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver functional and aesthetic user interfaces.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Front-End: Strong proficiency in Angular, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Back-End: Proficiency in backend technologies such as Python, Node.js, PHP, and experience with frameworks like Laravel.
• Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration.
• API Development: Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize code.
• Collaboration: Experience working in agile development teams and collaborating with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers.
• Code Quality: Experience writing unit and integration tests, and familiarity with continuous integration practices.
• Knowledge of Web Security: Understanding of web security best practices, including session management and securing REST APIs.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Exposure to microservices architecture.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
