About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to oversee the full development lifecycle of web and software applications. You will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, user-friendly solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires expertise in both front-end and back-end development, cloud deployment, and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Development Lifecycle

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web and software applications.
• Manage the entire application lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

2. Front-End Development

• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient front-end code.
• Collaborate with designers to integrate UI/UX elements seamlessly.

3. Back-End Development

• Develop and maintain server-side logic using PHP and frameworks such as Laravel and CodeIgniter 4.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Manage relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

4. Cloud and DevOps

• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Monitor and optimize application performance for high availability and reliability.

5. Testing and Debugging

• Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest, Mocha, or Selenium.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.
• Maintain high code quality through regular reviews and adherence to standards.

6. Collaboration and Mentorship

• Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers.
• Document technical designs, development processes, and APIs.
• Mentor and guide junior developers as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Front-End: (NOT IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE) Proficiency in WordPress, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Back-End: (NOT IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE) Strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter 4, and WordPress.
• Databases: Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Firebase.
• APIs: Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Testing: Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Selenium (preferred but not mandatory).
• Version Control: Proficient in Git with experience using platforms like GitHub or GitLab.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Certifications in cloud computing, DevOps, or relevant programming languages are a plus.
