About the Startup

We are building an all-in-one construction marketplace to revolutionize the private construction industry. Our platform will connect landowners, contractors, and material suppliers, making private tendering, procurement, and financing seamless.

We are in the early stages of building an MVP and are looking for a Full-Stack Developer who can handle both frontend and backend development, take ownership of the technical direction, and potentially join as a tech co-founder.

Key Responsibilities

✅ MVP Development: Build and deploy a fully functional web-based construction marketplace.

✅ Frontend Development: Develop an intuitive UI using React.js (or Vue.js) for seamless user experience.

✅ Backend Development: Design scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and manage backend logic.

✅ Database Management: Implement and manage MongoDB or PostgreSQL for handling user data, bids, and payments.

✅ Authentication & Security: Set up user authentication (OAuth, JWT) and ensure data protection.

✅ Cloud Deployment & DevOps: Deploy the platform on AWS/DigitalOcean using Docker/Kubernetes (preferred).

✅ Third-Party API Integration: Payment gateways, material price tracking, credit solutions.

✅ Scaling & Optimization: Optimize performance and ensure the platform can scale efficiently.

✅ Collaboration: Work closely with the business team to translate requirements into a scalable product.

What We Are Looking For

Experience in Full-Stack Development (3+ years)

Strong knowledge of JavaScript (React.js, Node.js)

Familiarity with Python (Django/FastAPI) is a plus

Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Firebase

Knowledge of AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines is an advantage

Ability to work independently and take ownership of tech decisions

Passion for startups and willingness to contribute to business strategy
