Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer with 6-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both front-end and back-end technologies, a proven track record in developing scalable and high-performing web applications, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to create intuitive and robust applications.

• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and reusable code, following best practices and standards.

• Front-end Development: Build interactive and responsive user interfaces using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Back-end Development: Develop RESTful APIs and server-side logic using Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP.

• Database Management: Design and optimize relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.

• Integration: Ensure seamless integration of third-party APIs, tools, and services.

• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing to identify bugs and optimize application performance.

• Security: Implement robust security measures to protect data and applications.

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in full-stack development.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.

• Experience: 6-8 years of experience in full-stack development.

• Technical Proficiency:

• Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Back-end: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Ruby on Rails, or Java (Spring Boot).

• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.

• DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.

• Tools: Git, Web pack, NPM/Yarn.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Project Management: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Mobile Development: Exposure to hybrid frameworks like React Native or Flutter.

• Testing: Familiarity with tools like Jest, Mocha, or Selenium.

• UI/UX: Basic understanding of design principles and wire framing.
