Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel, WordPress, and React.
• Design and optimize database structures in MongoDB or MySQL.
• Work independently on projects while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Lead and manage a team, delegate tasks, and provide technical guidance.
• Communicate with clients, gather requirements, and suggest technical strategies.
• Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
• Basic cloud knowledge for deployment and infrastructure management.
• Keep up with emerging technologies and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Laravel, WordPress, and React.
• Proficiency in databases like MongoDB or MySQL.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong leadership skills to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
• Experience handling client requirements, communication, and project strategies.
• Familiarity with Shopify and Node.js is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is preferred.
