About the internship:

The Flying Panda is a UK-based travel and visa technology start-up building automation, prediction systems, and internal platforms used by real international clients across Europe and Asia. We operate at the intersection of AI, operations, and real-world logistics, not demo projects.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build and maintain full-stack features using Node.js, React, and JavaScript
2. Design and integrate APIs for internal tools and AI modules
3. Work with real data sources (Firebase, PostgreSQL/Supabase, Google Sheets APIs)
4. Improve system reliability, logging, and performance
5. Collaborate directly with the founder and operations team to turn business workflows into software
6. Review, test, and deploy code in a live environment

This internship involves working on live systems used by paying customers. If you are only looking to complete a formal internship requirement or follow step-by-step tutorials, this role will not be a good fit.

6. are Computer Science Engineering students

Stipend:

INR₹ 7,500 - 12,000 /month

1. Solid foundation in JavaScript

2. Working knowledge of Node.js and React

4. Comfort with Git and basic deployment concepts

5. Wants to become a product engineer, not just a front-end developer

6. Enjoys working with messy, real-world systems instead of perfect tutorials

7. Is comfortable asking questions, breaking things, and fixing them properly

8. Cares about how software impacts real users and business outcomes

Additional information:

• Stipend Structure:

  Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 - 7,000 /month

  Incentive pay: ₹ 2,500 - 5,000 /month

  B. Growth skills (you will learn):
  1. AI system integration in production workflows
  2. Database design (PostgreSQL, Firebase, Supabase)
  3. Automation pipelines and bots (Telegram, WhatsApp, internal tools)
  4. System design for small but real SaaS platforms
  5. This internship is designed for candidates who want hands-on product engineering experience in a live system, not academic assignments or isolated features
  
  C. You’ll be part of the core team building and maintaining:
  1. An AI-driven visa slot prediction and automation platform
  2. Our public-facing React-based website
  3. Internal CRM and operations tools used by client support and leadership teams
  4. This is a real production environment, as your code will ship
