Full stack developer (C#, .Net & Angular) - Assistant Vice President

We are seeking a highly skilled C#, .net and Angular Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing applications using a full-stack approach, with a strong emphasis on front-end development using Angular. You will work on creating UI components and screens, ensuring high performance and excellent user experience. This role requires a deep understanding of front-end technologies, RESTful services, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and develop applications using UI Frameworks, Microservices, and relational databases as a full-stack developer.
• Develop UI components and screens using UI technologies such as Angular, React, Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest Angular versions, tools, and industry trends, implementing new technologies and techniques where applicable.
• Collaborate with technical leadership to ensure work is aligned with the broad technical strategy.
• Provide thought leadership, coaching, and development for junior team members.
• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals, as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
• Resolve a variety of high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
• Provide expertise in the area and advanced knowledge of applications programming, ensuring application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of the business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on professional experience in front-end/UI development using C#, .net, Angular.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, etc.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating front-end components with back-end services.
• Proficiency in UI/UX best practices.
• Strong understanding of front-end tools (Webpack, Angular CLI, npm, yarn, gulp, etc.) and version control systems like Git.
• Multiple years of experience with software engineering best practices (unit testing, automation, design patterns, peer review, etc.).
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
