Full Stack Developer – CRM & AI Integration (On-Site)

Ralakde Automation is a growing industrial electronics company operating across the UK, Europe, and India. We specialize in buying, selling, and repairing automation equipment such as PLCs, HMIs, CNC systems, and more. We are currently developing our own internal business platform – NeuraCRM – and are looking for a dedicated full stack developer to join our in-house team in Siliguri.

Job Summary

The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a customized CRM system using open-source platforms. This includes integrating AI tools, managing backend workflows, and handling data imports. The developer will work closely with the operations and management team to implement features as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and manage open-source CRM platforms (e.g. EspoCRM)
• Set up and integrate communication tools like Chatwoot
• Develop backend services using FastAPI or Django
• Integrate AI tools (e.g. GPT APIs) for email summarization and automation
• Create Excel/CSV-based import functions for product data
• Document technical processes and updates on GitHub
• Coordinate with the team for system improvements and regular updates

Required Skills

• Proficient in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
• Frontend experience with React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js
• Familiar with REST API development and integration
• Experience working with GitHub or other version control tools
• Good understanding of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Bonus: Experience with ERPNext, Chatwoot, EspoCRM, or AI APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Claude)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 2+ years of hands-on development experience
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Must be able to work full-time from our Siliguri office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
