Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile developer skilled in mobile and backend development. This role is ideal for:
• Flutter Developers strong in Dart who want backend exposure
• Django Developers are interested in cross-platform mobile apps
• Full-Stack Developers experienced in both
The ideal candidate must have strong proficiency in Dart and/or Django, with the ability to build scalable backend systems and high-performance mobile applications using Flutter.

Key Responsibilities
Mobile Development (Flutter)
• Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable Dart code.
• Integrate REST APIs with backend services.
• Ensure app performance, responsiveness, and security.
Backend Development (Django)
• Design and develop RESTful APIs using Django.
• Build scalable backend architecture and database models.
• Handle authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Optimize server performance and manage deployments.
Full Stack Ownership
• Work across the entire SDLC — from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural decisions.

Mandatory Skills
• Strong proficiency in Dart (required for mobile-focused candidates)
• Strong proficiency in Django (required for backend-focused candidates)
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON
• Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows
• Knowledge of scalable system design principles

*Experience *
• Experience publishing apps on Google Play Store / Apple App Store.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
