Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong understanding of web technologies and frameworks. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling robust web applications, ensuring both the front-end and back-end are seamlessly integrated. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Application Development:
• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications from front-end to back-end using modern technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly and responsive web interfaces.
• Design and build reusable, efficient, and scalable code for web applications.
• Back-End Development:
• Develop and maintain server-side applications, APIs, and services.
• Work with databases (SQL, NoSQL) to design efficient and scalable data models.
• Optimize back-end services for maximum performance and scalability.
• Front-End Development:
• Develop dynamic, responsive web pages using modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize web pages for speed and efficiency.
• Implement front-end logic and integrate with back-end services through APIs.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create efficient and effective solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Testing & Debugging:
• Write unit tests, integration tests, and perform debugging to ensure the functionality, security, and performance of the applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebase.
• Continuous Learning & Innovation:
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Continuously improve processes and suggest innovative solutions to improve both the development cycle and end-user experience.
• Deployment & Monitoring:
• Implement and manage continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3-5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar development role.
• Technical Skills:
• Front-End: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Back-End: Experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP.
• Databases: Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firebase, etc.).
• APIs: Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
• Version Control: Familiar with Git and Git workflows.
• Deployment: Knowledge of deployment and hosting services (AWS, Azure, Heroku, Docker).
• Testing: Familiar with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
