Overview

Angular Frontend Developer (with Backend Exposure)

We are looking for a skilled Angular Frontend Developer who can craft dynamic, responsive, and visually engaging user interfaces using Angular and TypeScript. The ideal candidate is frontend focused but has intermediate exposure to backend technologies such as Django or FastAPI to effectively support API integration and collaborate with backend teams.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, pixel perfect user interfaces by working closely with UI/UX designers using CSS, Sass, and Tailwind CSS
• Develop and maintain Angular applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and user experience
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs including working with AI/ML models and collaborate with cross functional teams including Data Scientists, AI/ML engineers, and Product Managers
• Identify technical challenges, improve application architecture, and implement scalable, high performance solutions
• Containerize applications using Docker to ensure consistent deployments and portability
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for scalable and reliable application operations
• Write clean, reusable, well documented code following industry best practices
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver features in a timely manner
• Continuously improve the product by incorporating user feedback and data driven insights
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, suggesting innovative solutions when appropriate

Nice to Have

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of advanced concepts such as closures, promises, and asynchronous programming
• Experience with modern Angular features such as Signals, Zoneless Change Detection, state management, and standalone components
• knowledge of Python, with exposure to Django REST Framework or FastAPI, focusing on performance and scalability
• Experience writing low coupling, high cohesion code to ensure maintainable and extensible systems
• Familiarity with animation libraries such as GSAP or 3D libraries like Three.js
• Strong collaboration and problem solving skills, with the ability to thrive in cross functional teams
• A proactive mindset and adaptability to fast paced, startup environments
• Willingness to go beyond assigned responsibilities and actively contribute to team success
• Eagerness to learn, adopt new technologies, and stay current with the latest Angular releases and best practices

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in frontend development, specifically with Angular.Technical 
• Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular, Django and Django REST, Fast API Framework, MongoDB, Celery, Redis.
• Experience with version control tools like Git or Bitbucket.
• Bonus Skills: Knowledge of animation libraries like GSAP or 3D libraries such as Three.js.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
