Full Stack Developer (Flutter + Node.js)

Overview

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Flutter (for cross-platform mobile apps) and Node.js (for backend APIs and services). You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable mobile and web applications from concept to deployment, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.

Key Responsibilities:
Frontend (Flutter):

• Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build responsive UI/UX for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and WebSockets with the Flutter frontend.
• Maintain state using preferred state management tools (e.g., Provider, Bloc).
• Optimize apps for performance, responsiveness, and usability.
• Publish apps to the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

Backend (Node.js):

• Design and develop scalable backend APIs using Node.js (Express.js).
• Create and maintain MongoDB or other NoSQL database schemas.
• Ensure security and data protection in applications.
• Handle user authentication and authorization (e.g., JWT, OAuth).
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, cloud services (AWS, Firebase, etc.).

General Responsibilities:

• Work closely with designers, product managers, and QA to deliver features end-to-end.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Manage code in version control (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart.
• Solid understanding of Node.js, Express.js, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with MongoDB or any NoSQL database.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, integration, and backend logic.
• Understanding of modern state management in Flutter (Provider,Bloc, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Agile methodology.
• Ability to write clean, modular, and scalable code.
• Knowledge of basic DevOps and deployment practices is a plus.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Firebase, AWS, or Cloud Functions.
• Familiarity with Socket.io or WebRTC.
• Experience with Unit Testing or Integration Testing in Flutter and Node.js.
• Exposure to web frameworks like React.js & Next.js is a plus.
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced development environment.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory based on experience and skillset).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
