Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Full Stack Developer specializing in Generative AI and Voice AI at Cognitiev, based in our Gurugram office. The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and AI-driven solutions, contributing significantly to our new GenAI project. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and our Delhi/NCR partner to deliver high-performance applications that enhance user experiences and push the boundaries of AI technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, Python, React, Next.js, and FastAPI/Django/Laravel.
• Build and optimize LLM-powered workflows using OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, and external APIs, incorporating memory, tools, and function calling for advanced functionality.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) agents for intelligent data processing and response generation.
• Develop scalable architectures for serving Large Language Models (LLMs) using vLLM, Ollama, Fireworks AI, and OpenAI APIs.
• Integrate automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, Zoho CRM) to streamline operations and eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Implement and manage user management systems, including login, registration, and admin dashboards.
• Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging Azure AI services for advanced AI capabilities.
• Configure and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to support scalable AI workloads.
• Utilize Livekit for real-time voice and video integrations in Voice AI applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and our Delhi/NCR partner to define and deliver new features for the GenAI project.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in Generative AI and Voice AI.

Candidate Profile

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Generative AI and/or Voice AI applications.
• Proficient in Web & APIs: Node.js, TypeScript, Python.
• Strong experience with Frontend: React, Next.js, Vite, or Angular.
• Expertise in Backend: FastAPI, Django, or Laravel.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI API integration and handling.
• Proven expertise in LLM Fine-tuning for optimizing model performance.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) agents.
• Experience with Livekit for real-time voice and video functionalities in Voice AI applications.
• Proficiency in Function Calling within LLM workflows to enhance application interactivity.
• Experience implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for scalable AI workloads.
• Proficiency in automation tools: n8n, Make, Zapier, or Zoho CRM to optimize operational workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including hands-on experience with Azure AI services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying AI models.
