Job Overview:

Ancilar is hiring a Full Stack Developer Lead with strong frontend and backend expertise to build scalable, high-performance web applications. The role involves end-to-end ownership of development and the ability to work with AI-driven solutions and vibe coding practices.

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

• Strong frontend experience with React.js
• Backend experience with MERN stack, Node.js, Rust, and Golang
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript for frontend and backend development
• Experience building RESTful APIs

Additional Technical Skills

• Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL
• State management: Redux / Context API
• Version control: Git (GitHub/GitLab)
• Basic cloud exposure: AWS / GCP / Azure
• Familiarity with Docker and deployment processes
• Knowledge of authentication, authorisation, and security best practices
• Ability to work with AI tools, integrations, and AI-assisted coding

Responsibilities
