Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer with a strong backend focus in Node.js (80%) and frontend experience in React.js. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a night shift environment, collaborating with a US-based team, and capable of independently managing complex technical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable server-side applications using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js.
• Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in design and architecture discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product teams.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues across the stack.
• Ensure code quality through automated tests and code reviews.
• Work independently during night shift hours, ensuring active communication with the US-based team.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong experience with Node.js (80% focus) and backend development.
• Proficient in React.js and modern frontend development tools.
• Solid understanding of MongoDB and data modeling.
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Good understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Experience in working with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in MERN stack development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote night shift setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
