Full Stack Developer (MERN)

Overview

*MERN Stack Developer* We are seeking a MERN Stack Developer (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) with strong technical and problem-solving skills. You'll be responsible for developing full-stack web applications, integrating APIs, and maintaining scalable systems with a focus on clean code and high performance. Key Responsibilities Design and implement modern web applications using React.js and Node.js Build scalable APIs and backend services with Express.js Develop and manage NoSQL databases with MongoDB Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Participate in agile development processes and sprint planning Maintain code integrity, organization, and security best practices Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of experience with the MERN stack Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Express Experience working with MongoDB and Mongoose Familiar with RESTful API design and third-party integrations Version control with Git/GitHub Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.) Nice to Have * Experience with TypeScript * Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines * Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Firebase) * Experience with dental/medical software is a bonus Benefits * Competitive compensation and bonuses * Flexible working hours * Remote work option * Fast-paced, growth-oriented environment * Opportunities to work on high-impact healthcare solutions
