Job Title: Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, from conceptualizing to deploying fully functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+.
- Experience with database design and management using MongoDB.
- Expertise in building RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.
- Solid understanding of React.js and modern front-end development tools.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
