Full-Stack Developer (MERN + Go/Rust)

Overview

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Full-Stack Developer with around 1 year of experience in the MERN stack and exposure to Go or Rust. You will be part of a product development team, contributing to building scalable, high-performance applications and continuously improving system architecture and user experience.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and modern web development
Hands-on experience with React.js and component-based architecture
Experience in backend development using Node.js and Express.js
Basic knowledge of MongoDB/MySQL and database design principles
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration
Understanding of version control systems like Git
Exposure to Go (Golang) or Rust (basic to intermediate level)
Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA) / Computer Science (M.Sc.)
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in software development
Candidates who are available to join immediately or have a notice period of 15 days or less will be preferred
